Weekly Live Session (1-2 hours)
We meet once a week. Half teaching, half exercises. You learn the concept, then you do the work right there with guidance. No homework you forget about.
Weekly Q&A Learning Pod (included)
A separate group session each week where everyone can ask questions and learn from each other. If you're stuck, ask. If someone else is stuck, you might learn from their question. Optional but highly recommended.
1-on-1 Guidance (paid add-on)
Want personal time with Jam? Book a 30-minute 1-on-1 session at any point during the cohort to work through your specific challenges. Available as an add-on.
Catch-Up Pass
Life happens. If you miss a week, you can join the same week in the next cohort at no extra cost. Your spot doesn't expire.

Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use ChatGPT or Claude in a chat window, you can do this. We'll teach you the rest as we go.
What if I fall behind?
Use the catch-up pass and join those weeks in the next cohort. No penalty, no judgment.
What tools will I use?
We'll set you up using accessible tools that don't require you to learn coding. Expect to use a guided AI workspace setup we walk you through, plus a few supporting tools depending on what fits your business.
Will I really have a working system at the end?
Yes. That's the whole point. By week 8, you'll have your context loaded, your tools mapped, your workspace set up, and at least one workflow running.
What if I can't make a live session?
Try not to miss them. Sessions are live only and we don't record. If you do have to miss one, use the catch-up pass and join that week in the next cohort at no extra cost.
Can I bring my team?
Each spot is for one person. If multiple team members want to join, talk to us about a team rate.
What's the difference between this and the Business Brain Build service?
This is the basic build. You learn to build it yourself over 8 weeks, with guidance every step of the way.
