Get real work done
with Claude

8 sessions for the full programme
6 hrs to start with the basics
Live Q&A direct access to ask anything
80% hands-on, not lecture-heavy

Hidden hours

These are the hours that quietly disappear from an advisory practice every week.

Rate research and comparisons

Manually checking lender websites, updating rate cards, and pulling together product comparisons for clients eats time you don’t have.

Client communication

Every follow-up email, loan summary, or policy explanation written from scratch is time that could be better spent. There’s a faster way.

Meeting notes and action items

After a client meeting, the write-up, the actions, the follow-up email. It takes longer than the meeting itself.

Chasing and processing client information

Documents, fact-find responses, identification. Gathering, organising, and summarising client info is relentless admin.

Why you need to delegate this to AI, not just try it

Most advisers who “use AI” only ever ask it questions, like hiring a brilliant assistant and only ever asking for directions. The real value comes when AI handles the behind-the-scenes work.

How the programme works

Each month has four sessions: two content sessions where you build and practise, and two live Q&A hours where you bring your real questions. No recordings to catch up on. No homework that feels optional. Focused enough to actually make progress.

Putting AI to work in your practice

Connect your calendar and email. Set up a daily briefing. Process meeting notes automatically. Draft client communications faster.

Who this is for

Designed for financial advisers and mortgage brokers who want practical results, not a tech course.

Financial advisers and planners You’re spending hours on admin that should take minutes. This programme helps you reclaim that time without compromising your client relationships.
Mortgage brokers Rate comparisons, lender research, client communication, application prep. A lot of this can be handled faster with AI working alongside you.
Sole traders and small advisory teams You wear every hat. AI can take a few of them off your head, and this programme shows you how to hand them over properly.
Anyone who hasn’t got AI working yet You don’t need prior experience with Claude or any AI tool. We start from the very beginning in Week 1.

Where the value comes from

The real cost is the time you keep losing

The admin side of an advisory practice is relentless. The good news is most of it can be handled by a well-configured AI. Here is where the value actually comes from.

  • Most advisers waste 5 to 10 hours a week on tasks AI can handle

Writing emails. Summarising meetings. Comparing products. Preparing for client reviews. These tasks are important but they don’t require your expertise. They just require your time. That changes when you have a proper AI setup.

  • This is a guided setup, not a tutorial you watch and forget

You do the work live, using your actual calendar, your actual email, your actual client scenarios. You leave each session with something running, not just something you watched a demo of.

  • The Q&A hours are where the real value lands

Bring the thing that didn’t work. Bring the real client scenario you’re not sure how to handle with AI. Bring the question you didn’t want to ask in a larger training. You get direct, tailored answers, not generic advice.

  • You set it up once, it saves time every single week after that

Once your daily briefing is scheduled, it runs every morning. Once your meeting notes workflow is set, every client meeting takes 30 seconds to process. The time you put in during the programme keeps paying back long after it ends.

Think about the last time you spent an hour writing a client email, chasing a document, or manually comparing lender rates. Now imagine that hour back, every single day. That’s what a well-set-up AI does for an advisory practice.
