Get real work done
with ChatGPT

Most people use ChatGPT to ask questions. Very few have it doing the work. This programme shows you how to hand over the admin that eats your week, using your real files, your real calendar and your real inbox, so you get your time back for the work only you can do.

8 hrs of live sessions per month
8 sessions short, focused, practical
Half hands-on coached practice on your own work
80% doing, not watching

Sound familiar?

These are the hours that quietly disappear from a working week.

Email that never ends

Writing replies, chasing follow-ups, drafting the same kind of message for the fifteenth time. It eats hours every week and never feels finished.

The folder you’re afraid to open

Notes, drafts, versions, a spreadsheet somebody sent you in March. Everything you need is in there. Finding it, reading it, and pulling it into something useful is what costs you the afternoon.

Documents built from scratch every time

Proposals, reports, summaries, decks, status updates. Same shape, different content, always starting from a blank page.

Research and comparisons

Hunting through websites, gathering options, writing up what you found. Genuinely important work that should not cost you half a day.

Why you need to delegate this, not just chat to it

Asking ChatGPT a question is like hiring a brilliant assistant and only ever asking them for directions. Today, it can:

  • Open your folders and read your files
  • Use your calendar
  • Browse the web
  • Work on a job for an hour while you do something else, then hand you a finished document

How the programme works

Each month has four sessions. Two content sessions where you build and practise, and two working sessions where you bring your actual work and we fix it together on screen. Nothing is theoretical. You use your own files and your own calendar from the first hour.

The working sessions are not filler. They’re where people bring back the thing that broke, the task that went sideways, and the question they didn’t want to ask in a bigger room. In our other workshops, they’re consistently the part people rate highest.

Month 1

From chatting to actually delegating

Get ChatGPT set up on your computer and working on your real files.
Week 1 · 2 hrs

Set up ChatGPT properly and point it at your real work

Get the desktop app configured, understand the difference between chatting and delegating, and set your privacy and permission boundaries deliberately rather than by accident. Then connect a real folder of your own files and give ChatGPT its first proper job.

Week 2 · 2 hrs

Working session: your first week on real work

Bring what you tried. What worked, what confused you, what came out wrong. We troubleshoot live and tune your setup together.

Week 3 · 2 hrs

Make it produce, and make it run without you

Connect your calendar and your files. Create documents, decks and spreadsheets from your own material. Talk to ChatGPT out loud while it works. Then set up a task that runs automatically every week whether you remember it or not.

Week 4 · 2 hrs

Working session: refine and automate

Show what you built. Fix what’s misbehaving. Tighten your automated tasks until the output is something you’d actually act on.

Month 2

Building a system that runs itself

Stop using tools other people built and start building your own.
Week 5 · 2 hrs

Teach ChatGPT how you do things

Build reusable workflows for the tasks you repeat. Show ChatGPT a job once and have it handle that job the same way every time from then on.

Week 6 · 2 hrs

Working session: real-use troubleshooting

Bring what you built and what it did in the wild. Group troubleshooting at its best.

Week 7 · 2 hrs

Let it use your other apps, and publish your work

Have ChatGPT operate the software already on your computer. Automate your email triage and your meeting prep. Publish a live page straight from your work.

Week 8 · 2 hrs

Working session: your complete system

Pull it all together into a documented setup you own, understand, and can keep building.

What you’ll actually leave with

Not just knowledge. A working setup you can use from tomorrow.

ChatGPT set up on your computer, working on your real files instead of copy and paste
A clear, deliberate decision about what it may do on its own and what it must always check with you first
Your calendar and key apps connected, so it can brief you before a meeting instead of after
Documents, decks and spreadsheets produced from your own material in minutes
At least one job running automatically every week without you asking
The ability to talk to it out loud while it works, which is faster than typing and catches more detail
A confident, honest sense of what it’s good at and where it still gets things wrong

Who this is for

Built for professionals and business owners who want results, not a tech course.

Small business owners You’re doing hours of admin that should take minutes. This gets that time back without touching the work that actually grows your business.
Consultants and service providers Proposals, client comms, research, meeting write-ups. A large share of this can be handed over properly once your setup is right.
Solo operators and small teams You wear every hat. This takes a few of them off your head and shows you how to hand them over without losing control of the quality.
People who’ve tried ChatGPT and stalled You’ve used it. You’ve had the odd good result. You suspect there’s more there and can’t work out how to get to it. There is, and this is it.

The time saved in the first month covers the cost of the programme. At two hours reclaimed a week, you’re already ahead. The hours keep coming back after that.

The real cost is the time you keep losing

Most of the admin around your actual job can now be handled properly.

Here’s where the value lands.

  • This is the difference between minutes and hours

Reading a folder of documents and writing a summary. Turning meeting notes into a client-ready action list. Building a deck from a spreadsheet. These take you an afternoon and they don’t need your expertise, only your time.

  • You set it up live, on your own work

No sample data. No tidy demo files. You use your actual folder, your actual calendar and your actual messy notes, in the room, with help on hand. You leave each session with something running, not something you watched.

  • Half your time is coached practice

Four of the eight hours each month are working sessions. Bring the thing that broke. Bring the scenario you’re not sure how to handle. You get direct answers on your specific situation, not generic advice.

  • You’ll understand exactly what you’re handing over

We spend proper time on privacy, permissions, and what happens to your data. You’ll know what’s safe to share, what isn’t, and how to set your own boundaries. Most training skips this. We don’t.

Think about the last time you lost an afternoon to a folder of documents, or wrote the same kind of email for the tenth time that week. Now picture handing that over properly, with you still checking the result before it goes anywhere. That’s what a well-set-up AI does for the way you work.

What you need

A short list to have sorted before the first session.

Before you join

  • A paid ChatGPT Plus plan. The features we use throughout are not on the free plan. If you’re not sure which plan you’re on, check at chatgpt.com before joining.
  • The ChatGPT desktop app installed on a Mac or Windows computer. This is important: much of the programme only works in the desktop app, not the website. If you already had the old desktop app, it’s now called ChatGPT Classic and it’s the wrong one. We’ll send you the correct download link when you join.
  • A laptop or desktop for every session. Tablets and phones aren’t suitable for the hands-on work.
  • Basic computer skills: opening apps, copy and paste, browsing the web. No technical background needed and no coding at any point.
  • A folder of your own real work files to bring along. Messy is genuinely fine and often better.
